  2. 画面の内容に沿って必要事項をご入力ください。
  3. 確認画面へ移動し入力情報をご確認いただきましたら、参加費をお支払いください。
  4. 参加登録後、ご入力いただいたメールアドレスに参加登録受理の自動返信メールが届きますので必ずご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。

Please show valid Student ID at the registration desk if you register on the meeting site. If you cannot be identified, you will be charged the regular member registration fee.

You can only pay if your device/browser is compatible and you have valid card information.

*Bank transfer is not acceptable.

On-site registration

Please pay with cash only.

Registration process

  1. Click on the 'Registration Form' button to move to the registration form.
  2. Press the 'English' button at the top of the screen.
  3. Enter the required information according to the contents of the screen.
  4. After confirming the information you have entered on the confirmation screen, please pay the registration fee.
  5. After registration, an auto-reply email will be sent to the email address you entered to confirm that your registration has been received.
    If you do not receive an auto-reply email in your inbox, please check your spam or trash folder. If you do not receive an auto-reply email, please contact the address below for pre-registration enquiries.

Receipt / Certification of Attendance

Pre-registration: You can receive the receipt for the payment of the registration fee and the certificate of attendance on the meeting site.
On-site registration: You will receive a receipt after your pay the registration fee on the meeting site.
