- 画面の内容に沿って必要事項をご入力ください。
- 確認画面へ移動し入力情報をご確認いただきましたら、参加費をお支払いください。
- 参加登録後、ご入力いただいたメールアドレスに参加登録受理の自動返信メールが届きますので必ずご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。

*1 Faculty and staff members of Waseda University's Faculty of Advanced Science and Engineering and Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering are eligible to register at the member rate.

Please note that no refunds will be made after registration for any reason.
Undergraduate and graduate students are required to present their student ID at the registration desk on the day of the meeting.

On-site registration
Please pay with cash only.
Registration process
- Click on the 'Registration Form' button to move to the registration form.
- Press the 'English' button at the top of the screen.
- Enter the required information according to the contents of the screen.
- After confirming the information you have entered on the confirmation screen, please pay the registration fee.
- After registration, an auto-reply email will be sent to the email address you entered to confirm that your registration has been received.

Receipt / Certification of Attendance
Pre-registration: You can receive the receipt for the payment of the registration fee and the certificate of attendance on the meeting site.
On-site registration: You will receive a receipt after your pay the registration fee on the meeting site.
